Partnership Scorecard

Multi-dimensional partnership health score

What the scorecard answers

The Partnership Scorecard gives you a structured, multi-dimensional read on how a partner relationship is performing — not a single CRM field or gut feel. It is designed for portfolio reviews, executive readouts, and deciding where to invest alliance time this quarter.

Seven dimensions and a composite

Triad scores each dimension on a 1–5 scale with trend (improving, stable, declining) and evidence text:

• Revenue contribution • Activity intensity • Account coverage • Joint pipeline health • Execution health (project delivery) • Relationship sentiment (from captured conversation analysis) • External signals (partner news and market context)

A composite score rolls up to a category: Strong, Healthy, Acceptable, At risk, or Significant concern. Risk flags call out dimensions that need attention with severity and suggested actions.

Generate from the partner page

Open the partner → Partnership Scorecard. Choose the period (for example the quarter you are reviewing) and run generation.

The skill assembles pipeline totals, activity counts, implementation health, Read the Room snippets, and signal data already in Triad. Review the dimension cards, read evidence strings, and use recommendations for QBR prep or internal staff meetings.

Export or share a PDF when you need a static artifact for leadership.

Common gotchas

Sparse data produces conservative or null dimension scores. Capture activities and import pipeline before expecting rich evidence.

Relationship sentiment leans on analyzed transcripts — run Read the Room on key meetings first.

The scorecard reflects Triad data at generation time. Regenerate after major captures or imports rather than reusing a stale quarter-end run from six weeks ago.

Frequently asked questions

Why doesn't my partner appear on this scorecard?
You generate a scorecard per partner from that partner's page. If you do not see a partner at all, they may not exist in your org yet — add or import them first.
How is this different from the Relationship pill on the partners list?
The list pill is a rollup signal for quick scanning. The scorecard is a full rubric with evidence, trends, risk flags, and written recommendations for deep reviews.
Can I edit dimension scores manually?
Scores are model-generated from org data. If evidence looks wrong, fix underlying captures or pipeline links, then regenerate.
Does the scorecard replace my spreadsheet scorecard?
For many teams it replaces the quarterly assembly work — the dimensions map to how alliance leaders already think. You can still export and paste into exec decks if needed.
