Brief Me

Pre-meeting prep in 30 seconds, grounded in your captured history

Walk in prepped, not drowning in context

Before a partner meeting, you need the few things that actually change the conversation — escalations, overdue partner commitments, project health flips, and pipeline context. Brief Me reads your captured activities, relationship signals, project health, and partner news, then synthesizes a briefing in one click.

Generate a brief from the partner page

Open the partner you are meeting with. Click Brief Me in the partner header.

Triad generates two sections: What you should know (headline insights with traceable sources — escalations, overdue next steps, governance changes) and Recommended next moves (concrete actions with suggested owner and urgency: this week, this month, or longer).

Generation takes roughly thirty seconds depending on how much history exists. The latest brief is saved on the partner record so you can reopen it without regenerating.

Use the output in the meeting

Lead with the headline items that change tone — a project escalation beats re-reading last month's notes. Next moves give you a leave-behind list: what to chase on the partner side, what to confirm internally, and what to schedule before quarter close.

Copy sections or share a link when you need a peer or executive aligned before you walk into the room.

Common gotchas

Brief Me is only as good as capture cadence. Partners with few activities produce thin briefs — capture consistently after key meetings.

News and external signals appear when Triad has partner monitoring context; they augment but do not replace your captured conversations.

Regenerating replaces the stored brief. If you edited talking points manually outside Triad, regenerate consciously.

Frequently asked questions

Why does Brief Me say there is not much to report?
Usually not enough captured activities or linked projects yet. Capture the last two or three meaningful meetings, then regenerate.
Can I Brief Me for an account instead of a partner?
Brief Me runs at the partner level today — the alliance relationship is the unit of prep. Use account filters on the partner page to focus mentally on one customer.
How often should I regenerate?
Regenerate when something material changed — a new capture, escalation, or closed deal — or the morning of a high-stakes meeting.
Does Brief Me include pipeline numbers?
Yes when opportunities are linked to the partner. Import and link pipeline first if Co-sell context is missing from the brief.
