What's the difference between Pro and Team?
Pro is for small alliance teams (up to 3 users, up to 10 partners) with self-serve card-on-file billing after the trial. Team is for organizations standardizing on Triad - unlimited users, per-partner pricing for portfolios beyond 10, Salesforce integration, and RBAC roles. Most teams move from Pro to Team when they need integrations or have more than 10 partners.
When should I upgrade from Solo to Pro?
When you want to add a colleague to your workspace, or when you need to track more than 3 partners.
How does per-partner pricing work?
Solo and Pro are flat-rate tiers. Team and Enterprise use per-partner pricing for larger portfolios.
What if the portfolio grows beyond 3 partners?
Move to Pro for up to 10 partners, then to Team for larger portfolios, integrations, and broader reporting.
Which integrations are available?
Salesforce, Snowflake, and Outlook/Microsoft 365 integrations are on the Triad roadmap for Team and Enterprise tiers. Solo and Pro will not include CRM or data warehouse integrations.
Can plans be switched later?
Yes. Teams can move from Solo to Pro to Team as collaboration, governance, and integration needs expand.
What happens after the trial?
Solo and Pro include a 14-day app trial with no credit card at signup. To continue after day 14, add a payment method via Stripe Checkout. Subscriptions can be managed from billing settings.
Do you offer non-profit or startup pricing?
Yes. Team and Enterprise quotes can include mission-based or early-stage pricing where appropriate.
Where is data stored?
Triad stores workspace data in managed cloud infrastructure with access controls, auditability, and configurable retention options on higher tiers.
