Funnel

Where do partners drop out between the first stage and working together?

The funnel shows how far each pursuit got in a period, stage by stage, with the deal amount on it. Your workspace may use its own word for this; see Settings, Terminology.

Open Activation, Funnel.

The four stages

Partner Qualification, Sales Alignment, Connection and Working Together, under your own names if an admin renamed them.

The rows

For each stage, over the pursuits that first reached it in the period:

  • Reached: each pursuit once per stage, by the date recorded on its event. A retracted event does not count.
  • Deal amount: the amount on those deals as of today, one line per currency when there is more than one. A deal with two partners is two pursuits and counts twice, its amount too.
  • Positive, Awaiting and Negative: the same pursuits split by their latest outcome at that stage. Negative is every outcome that is neither.
  • Reached the next stage: how many of the same pursuits have been recorded at the next stage, on any date.

Every figure opens the pursuits it counted.

The narrative and the reasons

Above the table, Triad writes two short paragraphs on where activation fails, from the figures and the reasons people gave. They are written fresh when the period or a filter changes and are not saved.

Below the table, the reasons list shows every negative outcome with the reason a person wrote, newest last.

Filters

Period, partner, target list and deal owner.

FAQ

Why is the funnel empty?

Nothing reached a stage in the period. Record a stage on a deal, or pick another period.

Does a closed deal count?

Yes. The funnel counts deals open or closed.
