Dashboard
Your morning view: what's due, what's pipeline, what's cooling, what's new
The dashboard is the first thing you see after signing in — a single read on what's happening across your partner program right now: activity, coverage, and what's due next.
Action tiles
Five tiles run across the top, each linking to a filtered view:
- Overdue Next Steps — count of overdue items (red)
- Next Steps Due Today — due today (amber)
- New Signals — partner news from the last 24 hours
- Cooling Partnerships — partners whose relationship signal is loosening
- At-Risk Projects — projects you've flagged at risk
Pipeline and motion
When your partners span two or more motions, a Motion Mix widget breaks pipeline and trend down by motion type. Below it, the Partner Pipeline widget shows total open partner-credited pipeline, closed-won for the selected timeframe, a stage breakdown, your top five partners by open pipeline, and a trailing four-quarter win-rate chart.
Signals, activity, and what's coming up
The dashboard surfaces your top 5 signals, your last five activities, the next three upcoming events, and a Partner relationships card listing cooling partners (lowest score first) with a warming/stable/cooling distribution line.
Open next steps
An Open next steps section groups your due items by partner — overdue groups first — showing up to 35 at a glance with "+N more" links per partner. The footer notes how many steps you've completed in the last seven days.
Onboarding nudges
When your workspace is still filling in, the dashboard shows one nudge at a time — prompting you to capture your first conversation, add accounts, add opportunities, track events, or start tracking execution — each with a direct action button. They disappear as you add data.
Common gotchas
The "New Signals" tile counts the last 24 hours, while the full signals feed shows 14 days — so the tile number is intentionally smaller than the feed.
The Motion Mix widget only appears when you have partners across two or more distinct types. With a single-motion portfolio you won't see it.
FAQ
Why is my dashboard mostly empty?
It fills in as you capture activities and import or add data. Until then you'll see onboarding nudges pointing you to the fastest next step.
What counts as a "cooling" partnership?
A partner whose relationship signal is trending down (loosening). The tile and the Partner relationships card list these lowest-score-first so you can re-engage.
Where does pipeline on the dashboard come from?
From opportunities, counted as partner-credited share. Closed-won uses your fiscal calendar, which you set in Settings → Organization.
