Which accounts has a partner never been seen at?

Whitespace shows, for each active partner, the accounts where nobody has seen that partner yet. It is where to look for the next account to bring a partner into. Your workspace may use its own word for this; see Settings, Terminology.

What the page shows

Each account sits on a line, with one cell per active partner. A cell says where that partner stands at the account:

• Present: someone logged an activity with the partner at the account, or the partner is on a live deal there.
• Absent: someone marked the partner absent at the account. A later activity with the partner there clears it.
• Not seen: neither. This is the whitespace.

The accounts are the ones Triad holds, not your whole CRM. Active partners are every partner not in a dormant or lost partnership stage; a partner with no partnership stage counts as active.

Grid and list

With 15 active partners or fewer, the page opens as a grid: accounts down the side, partners across the top. With more, it opens as a list. You can switch between the two.

Filters

• Target list: only accounts on that list.
• Partner: one partner. With a partner picked you can also pick a state, for example the accounts where that partner is not seen.
• Region: the account's region from your CRM import.
• Sort: by name, or the accounts with the most partners not seen first.

Suggest a partner

On an account, Suggest a partner asks Triad which partner fits that account best, with its reasoning. The suggestion is shown on the page and not saved. To act on it, open the account and record what you learn.

FAQ

Why is a partner Present when nobody on my team has met them there?

A partner on a live deal at the account counts as present. The deal is the evidence.

How do I mark a partner as not at an account?

Open the account and use Mark absent on that partner's row. See the account panel doc.

Why is a partner missing from the grid?

Partners in a dormant or lost partnership stage are left out. Change the partner's stage on its page if it is active again.
