Staleness

Which partners at my accounts has nobody worked lately?

Staleness lists the pairs of an active partner and an account where the partner is present and nobody on your team has worked it lately. Your workspace may use its own word for this; see Settings, Terminology.

Open Activation, Staleness.

The two groups

  • On a deal, never worked: the partner is present at the account and nobody has ever logged an activity with it there. Most of these are partners on a deal at the account.
  • Gone quiet: the last activity a person logged with the partner at the account is older than your threshold.

The threshold is 90 days unless an admin changes it under Settings, Activation, Thresholds.

What each row shows

Partner, account, the last activity, the days since, and the open deals at the account with that partner on them, with their amount in each deal's own currency. The last activity date opens the activity feed filtered to that partner at that account.

The card above the table sums the open pipeline on the stale pairs. With more than one currency it shows one line per currency; amounts are never converted.

Draft a message

Each row has Draft a message. Triad writes a short note to pick the conversation back up, from the pair's history. Copy it, edit it, send it from your own email. Nothing is sent from Triad.

What does not count

  • A record made by a button, such as the activity written when someone records a willingness, does not reset the days.
  • Absent pairs and partners in a dormant or lost partnership stage are left out.

Filters

Target list, region and partner narrow the rows and the card together.

FAQ

I logged a call yesterday. Why is the pair still stale?

The activity has to name both the partner and the account. Open the activity and check that the account is linked.

Can I change 90 days?

An admin can, under Settings, Activation, Thresholds.
