Coverage

How many accounts on my target list is each partner present and willing at?

Coverage measures each active partner over a target list you declare: how many of its accounts the partner is present at, and how many it is present and willing at. Your workspace may use its own word for this; see Settings, Terminology.

Open Activation, Coverage and pick a target list. Coverage is never a share of every account, only of a list you declare. If you have no target list yet, make one in Segments and tick Use as Target Account List.

What the page shows

One line per active partner. Every figure is out of the same number: the accounts on the list that Triad holds.

  • Present: accounts where the partner is present today.
  • Present and willing: present, and the latest willingness recorded there means willing.
  • Absent: accounts where someone marked the partner absent.
  • Not seen: accounts with neither.
  • Worked in the period: accounts where someone on your team logged an activity with the partner in the period, by the day the activity happened.

Present, willing, absent and not seen are where things stand today. Worked is the period's.

Every figure opens its rows

Each state opens the accounts it counted, on the whitespace list. Worked opens the activity feed, filtered to that partner, the target list and the period, so you see the activities behind the figure. Records a button makes for itself, such as the activity written when someone clicks Record, do not count as worked and do not appear under that link.

The summary

Above the table, Triad writes two sentences on what the figures say. It is written fresh when the list, the period or the partner changes, and is not saved. If it cannot be written, the table stands on its own.

The grid

Under the table, the list's accounts appear as a grid of account by partner when there are 15 active partners or fewer.

FAQ

Why does coverage need a target list?

A coverage figure is only meaningful against accounts you chose to cover. Triad never divides by your whole book.

What is the difference between present and worked?

Present is the state today, from activities ever logged or a live deal. Worked counts only activities a person logged in the period.

Can an account be on several target lists?

Yes. Each list has its own coverage.
