Triad digest format

The weekly email your own assistant sends Triad, and the shape Triad reads it in

A Triad digest is one email a week that tells Triad what happened with each of your partners: the meetings, the threads, the deals and accounts named, the next steps and what is still open. Your own assistant writes it from your calendar and mail and sends it to your workspace's capture address. Triad files it for you; there is nothing to review.

Triad parses the digest by its headers, so the shape below is a contract. Keep the headers exact.

How Triad knows it is a digest

  • The subject starts Triad digest, for example Triad digest 2026-11-02.
  • The first line of the body is TRIAD DIGEST.
  • It comes from the email address of a member of your workspace.

Mail that misses any of these is treated as an ordinary forwarded email. A digest from an address that is not a member is not filed.

What Triad does with it

  • Each partner section becomes one activity on that partner, dated the window's end, with the Meetings, Threads, and Deals and accounts lines kept word for word.
  • People in meetings: your team's names are matched to your contacts; "me" is the sender. A partner-side name becomes a partner contact, with the title in parentheses, when Triad has no contact by that name.
  • Next steps become next steps on the partner, ours or theirs, with the owner and the due date. not stated leaves the date empty.
  • Pending lines become the partner's next steps with no due date.
  • No activity this window. is filed as that one line, so the quiet week is on the record.
  • A partner Triad does not know goes to your capture inbox, where you pick the partner. Triad never guesses between partners or merges them.
  • Deals and accounts mentioned lines are linked to the deal or account they name. Triad reads a line as a deal when its name has a deal word (renewal, expansion, pilot) or the line states a stage or an amount, and as an account otherwise. To say which, start the name with an optional deal: or account:, for example - deal: Northwind renewal | context: .... A deal is never created from a digest; an account Triad does not have is.
  • Unmatched lines and the Coverage block are kept with the digest for the Monday brief.

Write a title in parentheses after a name, for example Marta Quinn (Alliance Director). Separate names with commas, or with semicolons when a title contains a comma.

FAQ

What if the digest arrives twice?

Triad files it once.

Do I have to send it every week?

The Monday brief is written from the latest digest, so send it before the brief goes out.
