Managing QBRs
Generate, track, download, and share QBRs across your partner portfolio
The QBRs page is where you manage every quarterly business review across your portfolio — generating new ones, tracking status, and downloading or sharing finished narratives. (For how the QBR narrative itself is produced, see the QBR generator guide.)
The QBRs page
Open QBRs in the sidebar. It's titled "Quarterly Business Reviews" with the subheading "Generate, review, and download QBRs across your partner portfolio." A filter bar lets you narrow by Partner (multi-select), Quarter (the last eight ended quarters), and Audience (Internal or External), plus a Generate New button.
The table lists each QBR with its Partner, Quarter, Audience (Internal or External pill), Status, when it was generated, and who generated it.
Status and actions
The action available depends on status:
- Ready — Download the QBR, or Share it via a shareable link.
- Failed — Retry (re-opens the generator pre-filled for that partner).
- Generating / pending — shows "Generating…"; click to refresh.
Every row also has a Delete action that asks you to confirm.
Generating a QBR
Click Generate New (or Generate QBR from a partner's page) to open the generator. You choose the partner, period, and audience; Triad assembles the narrative from the pipeline, activity, execution, and signal data already in the workspace. Richer captured history produces a richer QBR.
On the partner page
Each partner's detail page has a Recent QBRs card showing the three most recent, with a Download link for ready ones, and a Generate QBR button in the header.
Common gotchas
A QBR reflects the data in Triad at generation time. After a big capture or import, regenerate rather than reusing an older run. Internal and External audiences produce different framing — pick the one that matches who will read it.
FAQ
How long does generation take?
A status of "generating" means it's in progress; the row updates to "ready" when done. Click to refresh if you're waiting.
Can I share a QBR outside Triad?
Yes — use Share on a ready QBR for a shareable link, or Download the file to attach elsewhere.
A QBR failed — what now?
Use Retry on the row; it reopens the generator for that partner so you can run it again.
