Global search

Find anything across your workspace from one keyword box

Search spans your whole Triad workspace from a single box. Press ⌘K anywhere to focus search, or open Search in the sidebar.

What it searches

A keyword matches across nine entity types, each shown in its own expandable section:

  • Accounts — name, industry, region, website, aliases
  • Activities — partner, title, notes, narrative, type, plus linked account names and next-step text
  • Partners — name, description, notes
  • Contacts — name, email, title, role, plus their partner
  • Events — name, description, location, notes
  • Opportunities — name, stage, notes
  • Projects — name, health notes, program context
  • Signals — title, partnership implication, recommended action
  • Segments — name, description

Matching is case-insensitive substring search, up to 50 results per type.

Reading results

Each section shows a count and concise rows — for example, opportunities show "account · stage · amount · close period," and projects show "account · phase · health." Clicking a result opens that record. (Signals link to the relevant partner page, since signals don't have a standalone page.)

Common gotchas

Search is substring-based, so partial words work but fuzzy spelling won't — "Deloite" won't find "Deloitte." Try a shorter, exact fragment if a search comes up empty.

FAQ

How do I open search quickly?

Press ⌘K from anywhere in the app to jump straight to the search box.

Why did my search return nothing?

Search matches exact substrings. Check spelling, or try a shorter keyword. "No results found for …" means nothing in your workspace contained that text.

Does search cover everything?

It covers the nine record types above. It doesn't search inside uploaded file contents or generated artifacts like QBRs.
