Attribution quality

For each deal owner, how much of the partner work on their deals does the CRM credit?

Attribution quality shows, for each deal owner, how much of the partner work recorded on their deals your CRM credits. Your workspace may use its own word for this; see Settings, Terminology.

Open Activation, Attribution quality. Rows are ordered by name, under each owner's leader. No one is ranked.

The columns

Over deals closing in the period, open or closed in your CRM:

  • Worked: pursuits recorded at Sales Alignment or later on the owner's deals.
  • Credited: of those, what the CRM says is credited.
  • Unanswered and Answered: the rest, split by whether someone recorded why it will not be or was not credited.

Credited of worked is within the owner's own deals with partners on them. Every figure opens the pursuits it counted. If no attribution has been loaded from your CRM, credited is 0 everywhere and the credit gap figures still stand.

Brief me

Beside a leader, Brief me writes a short brief for that leader: the owners under them, their figures, and the unanswered pursuits worth a look. It is written on request and not saved. It never compares one person with another.
