Understand your plan, manage your subscription, and resolve billing notices

Settings → Billing shows your current plan and subscription status and, for admins, the controls to manage payment.

Plans

Triad offers Solo, Pro, Team, and Enterprise tiers. The billing page shows your workspace, tier, pricing, and subscription status. Solo and Team show "$59/mo or $599/yr"; Pro shows "$499/mo or $4,999/yr". Enterprise and larger plans go through sales.

Managing your subscription

Admins see billing actions appropriate to the current state: subscribe monthly or annually if there's no active subscription, upgrade between tiers, open the Stripe portal to manage or cancel payment, or Refresh status if a recent change hasn't appeared yet. After checkout you'll see "Checkout completed. Subscription status will update in a few seconds…".

If a workspace is in a trial, the page shows how many days remain and when the card will be charged.

Billing notices

If a workspace needs payment attention you may see "Action needed. Update payment to continue using Triad for this workspace." Admins resolve this from the billing actions; members are directed to ask an admin.

Common gotchas

Only admins can manage billing. Members who open the page see "Only organization administrators can manage billing… ask an admin to update payment."

Demo environments waive plan limits and billing entirely — if your workspace is a demo, the billing controls are intentionally disabled.

Who can change billing?

Admins only. Members can view the page but must ask an admin to make changes.

My status looks stale after paying — what do I do?

Use Refresh status on the billing page. Stripe notifies Triad within a few seconds of checkout; the refresh pulls the latest.

How do I cancel or update my card?

Open the Stripe portal from the billing actions — it handles cancellation, card updates, and invoices.
